CF Industries Recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers

CF Industries has been recognized for creating an environment where its employees can thrive.

The Company was recently ranked 16^th overall on Forbes’ 2022 list of America’s Best Midsize Employers. The list ranks 500 businesses with at least 1,000 employees in the United States for how employees view their dedication to their workforce and attributes of their company culture. The Company was ranked fourth in its industry segment – Construction, Oil and Gas Operations, Mining and Chemicals.

Forbes’ America’s Best Employers list was compiled after anonymous surveys with 60,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Respondents were asked to rate how likely they would be to recommend their employer as well as a variety of other factors such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, working conditions, development opportunities and compensation. Forbes partnered with research company Statista in identifying the companies for the survey.
