Celebrating Our Millionth Classroom Minigrant Dollar

For nearly 20 years, CF Industries has used its Classroom Minigrant Program to fund projects at schools near our Distribution Facilities that support agricultural and environmental literacy. The innovative educators who earn the grants have developed unique classroom projects with them, helping students creatively learn about the world around them.

After more than 3,000 projects funded at an average minigrant amount of $300, the Classroom Minigrant Program is about to give away its millionth dollar to local educators. A milestone as special as that deserves a special celebration.  

CF is offering the school districts or education foundations that currently receive CF minigrants the opportunity to win a special $5,000 grant. An additional four school districts or education foundations will receive $1,250 grants.

The winners of the grants will be determined by a vote at www.cfindustries.com/minigrant. Voting will open on November 1 and close on November 15. Anyone is eligible to vote.
